At the moment, information is updated annually on the confirmation statement. Missing the deadline can mean your company being struck off the registrar and all assets seized by the state!!!
The new rules will require notifying Companies House as soon as any PSC register changes occur and will remove the ability to notify PSC details annually using the confirmation statement.
