4 – Establish how you’ll get consent from contacts in your existing databases between now and 25th May 2018
5 – draft a procedure to manage breach notifications (for the regulatory body & the contacts) – important to have ahead of a breach as there will be no time to think about it then
6 – review and update if necessary the privacy notices and T+Cs on your website.
Of course, our checklist is only a suggestion but all preparation is good
