Office Manager aka Chief Organiser
We are seeking a friendly, dynamic Office Manager to join our hardworking team! You’ll be working as the face of this collaborative, close-knit office, and expertly handling anything and everything that comes your way!
Location: Our North Shields office
Start date: ASAP
The role will involve:
- Welcoming and signing-in guests.
- Receive and organise incoming mail.
- Oversee office inventory.
- Correspondence with regulatory bodies such as HMRC.
- Work with the Operations team on Blu Sky projects.
- General support to our team and clients.
- Planning special events and team outings.
- Experience in office management, with a track record of providing top-tier support to busy clients and employees.
- Background in tech or another high-growth environment is a plus!
- Experience juggling multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Stellar communication, with a strong service orientation.
- Positive attitude and energy with an eagerness to learn and help out.
