The whole team is here to help you, but you’ll be allocated a Director/Client Account Manager combination that will develop a good relationship with you. We see the numbers as the starting point – get them right and they provide a meaningful platform to discuss and plan the future.
We believe strong communication is key to success. You’ll find us helpful, responsive, and – usually – jargon free! We’ll also confirm a fixed price for a fixed service level with you, so you’ll never have an unexpected bill.
The basic data entry can be completed by either party, either through a cloud product (we are Xero Partners), based on your own in-house book-keeping and systems, or by giving us the paperwork and summaries and we’ll complete in house. We guarantee that ‘in house’ means exactly that – we do not outsource overseas like some of our larger competition.
