In advance, we thought we’d share some steps to make sure you’re compliant, so here goes…
1 – Appoint someone who can research the legislation.
2 – List all systems that hold any personal data (CRM, accounting software, mailers, contact lists for emails, spreadsheets…).
3 – Start capturing consent from new enquiries NOW.
